Description
Kalms Tablets are traditional herbal remedial medication containing a blend of pure plant ingredients that may bring welcome relief from worry and irritability that is often caused by stresses and strains of modern living. This tablet helps to promote natural sleep and can also bring relief to symptoms that are associated with menopause including wakefulness, flushing and cold sweats.
Direction of Use:
Simply swallow 2 tablets as a dose
Take this dose three times a day with water after meals
Do not alter the state of conventional tablet by chewing or crushing

The tablets are not recommended safe for anyone under 18 years
Avoid consuming medicine if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in it
It is best not to take any non-essential medication when you are pregnant or breast-feeding
