Candid-V gel contains Clotrimazole, an antifungal medicine. Candid-V gel is used to manage fungal infections of the vagina. It reduces vaginal burning, itching and discharge caused due to fungal infection. Clotrimazole binds to the fungal cell membrane and inhibits its growth by altering the permeability of the cell membrane. The side effects associated with this medicine are vaginal itching, pain, burning, rashes on the outer skin of the vagina, vaginal discharge etc.
Candid-V gel is used to manage yeast infections of the vagina (vaginal thrush). Vaginal thrush is an infection caused by candida, a fungus. Candida is present on skin and vagina normally too. However, when vaginal pH is disturbed due to certain factors like pregnancy, soaps, ill- health, antibiotics, then candida start growing in excess. It leads to whitish discharge, itching, redness, swelling around the vagina. It reduces vaginal burning, itching and discharge caused due to infection
SIDE EFFECTS

Application site reactions such as vaginal itching, pain and burning, rashes, peeling or bleeding and occasionally pain in the belly or pelvic area

If you are experiencing allergy-like redness, burning, swelling on using this product

This gel can reduce the effectiveness of rubber contraceptives like condoms or diaphragms and can lead to contraceptive failure and unwanted pregnancy. To avoid this, use another method of contraception for at least 5 days after stopping treatment with Candid v gel

Do not use tampons, douches, spermicides, condoms and diaphragms

Avoid vaginal intercourse when you are using Candid-v gel

If you have diabetes, chances of vaginal infections increases

If you frequently have vaginal yeast infection avoid intercourse as that can infect your partner too

Directions for Use of Candid V Gel

Use this medicine as directed by your doctor, follow the package instructions

Lie on your back with your knees flexed

Fill the applicator with the cream and insert it into the vagina as far as it comfortably goes

Press the plunger of the applicator slowly to apply the cream

Candid-V gel is meant for vaginal use only

Do not use it unless you are diagnosed with vaginal candidiasis

Wash your hands before and after using this medicine unless your hands are the area to be treated

In case your eyes come in contact with this medicine rinse your eyes with clean water immediately

Suffer from a problem with blood pressure.
Don’t know why you’re losing your hair – see your doctor.
Have sudden or patchy hair loss.
Have other conditions associated with your hair loss.
Have a red, inflamed, irritated, infected or painful scalp, or a shaven head.
Are using other medications on your scalp.
Are under 18 or over 65 years of age.
This product is indicated for men.
Women must not use it if pregnant or breast feeding.Seek advice from your doctor if you have heart disease (including abnormal heart rhythms or rates, angina or chest pains) and/or circulation disorders before using this product.

Avoid contact with the eyes.

Your hair and scalp should be thoroughly dry before using Regaine for Men Regular Strength.
Apply a dose of 1 ml, with one of the enclosed applicators, to the affected area twice daily (with a 12-hour interval in between).
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
For topical use on the scalp only. Wash hands after use.
Continuous use is necessary to improve and at least maintain your hair re-growth.
It takes time to re-grow hair. In clinical trials 2 out of 5 men reported hair re-growth after 48 weeks. Hair re-growth may become noticeable after 4 months.
Regaine for Men Regular Strength will not work for everyone.The solution is flammable.
